If your parcel arrives with damaged or defective items, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
 
Proof of damage is required (e.g., clear photos
of the damaged item and packaging).
 
2-Lost Parcels:
 
If your parcel is confirmed lost during shipping, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
 
Lost parcels are verified through the tracking information provided by our shipping partners.
 
Conditions for Refunds or Replacements:
 
To process your request, the following conditions must be met:
 
➡️The claim must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the damaged item.
 
➡️For lost parcels, the claim must be submitted within 20 days from the expected delivery date.
